Return/Refund and exchange Policy

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer protection Act In India. 

Kindly read through the policy, all the purchase done on shoplance.in are assumed to have agreed to the policy as per terms and conditions.

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • If you are not happy with purchase we provide Exchange/Store credit Or Bank Refund for both COD and PREPAID ORDERS.   
  • In case you are not happy with purchase, with us you can opt for exchange for same product or any other product you like on ShopLance.in. or you can opt for bank refund. However we recommend exchange as we have catalogue of 7000+ products in stylish ethnic wear specialized for women's only and it's super easy. 
  • Exchange/Bank Refund request is to be raised within 2 days of delivery  by submitting the request from return portal https://shoplance.in/apps/ecoreturns and by no other medium, In case we receive request after 2 days we will not be able to process the request. 
  • As a company policy we do not provide refund or exchange on clearance sale items. 
  • Your exchange request is free of cost and there are no courier charges and pickup will be done from your doorstep. To raise request submit request using portal https://shoplance.in/apps/ecoreturns
  • For bank refund request, product needs to be self shipped by customer to our warehouse address.
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

WE HAVE A VERY EASY RETURN POLICY. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED OR HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MUST INFORM US WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. WE WILL VALIDATE YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND REQUEST, ONLY AFTER WE AUTHORIZED IT, THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS SENT TO CUSTOMER AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT NOTE/BANK REFUND FOR THE SAME.

PLEASE NOTE : - ONLY FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL ARRANGE THE REVERSE PICKUP FROM YOUR ADDRESS AND ONCE THE PRODUCT REACH BACK TO US WE WILL DO QUALITY CHECK AND PROCESS EXCHANGE AS PER OPTION CHOSEN IN THE EXCHANGE REQUEST. 
PLEASE NOTE: ENTIRE PROCESS TAKES TIME OF 7 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON SPEED OF DELIVERY OF COURIER FROM YOUR PIN CODE/AREA TO OUR RETURN PROCESSING CENTER. 

FOR BANK REFUND:- CUSTOMER NEEDS TO SELF SHIP PRODUCT TO OUR WAREHOUSE ADDRESS. AND MUST REACH TO US WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS REFUND ON BANK ACCOUNT.
IT TAKES APPROX 7-14 DAYS TO PROCESS REFUND.  

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Exchange:

  • Unhappy with quality or size :  If you are not happy with product you received you can opt for exchange of same product or any other product from ShopLance 

  • Defective Products: If a product purchased through our website is found to have a manufacturing defect, does not meet the promised quality, or fails to meet the specified specifications, customers may be eligible for an exchange under such circumstances. For the purpose the we can ask the customers for image of the damaged or defective products.

 

  • Unfit for Intended Purpose: If a product purchased from our website is not fit to the customer for the purpose for which it was intended or as explicitly mentioned, customers may be eligible for an exchange in case.

 

  • Delivery of Wrong Product: In the event that a customer receives a different product than what was ordered, they may be eligible for an exchange with the product they had ordered.

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Refund:

  • Unhappy with quality or size :  If you are not happy with product you received you can opt for Bank Refund, in this case customer will send product back to warehouse and we will deduct forward shipping charges & restocking fees for the product. 
    Minimum deduction for services used is as follows and can be slightly higher as well depending on the weight of the product and location of delivery. 
    For Saree      :- Deduction for Rs. 250/- Per item 
    For Lehenga :- Deduction for Rs. 350/- Per item 
    Remaining amount will be refunded in bank account. For which customer will have to share us the UPI ID/Google Pay/Phone pe details.

  • Misrepresentation: We strive to provide accurate and truthful information about the products and services on our website. If a customer finds that the information provided was false or misleading, they may be eligible for a refund. Please note that slight discrepancies in color, size, and quality of the product may occur.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: We strive to offer high-quality products to our customers. If a customer is dissatisfied with the products provided through our website, they may be eligible for a refund after due inspection by our team.

Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must follow the specified process mentioned on our website. This typically includes providing proof of purchase, detailed information about the issue, and any supporting documentation such as photographs or descriptions.

Please note that this policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and is designed to protect the rights and interests of our customers. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for a satisfactory customer experience.


Exceptions to Exchange and Refund policy:

  • No refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products & accessories.

  • Due to hygiene reasons no exchange possible for Blouse

  • Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.

  • We do not accept returns for products purchased from Stock clearance Sale category.

  • In case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture, we may send you another piece of the same design.

  • Exchange shipping cost is to be borne by the ShopLance.in

  • In case Reverse pickup service is not available in your pin code / area then you will have to send the product back to us, our support team will guide you for the process. Shipping cost is then reimbursed in the form of store credit only. No refund is possible in the above case.

  • If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / the amount for only that particular product will be refunded.


Note: We hope that customer who buy product with beads and sequences understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive similar product again
