Return Policy

We accept the return if you don't like the product. You need to inform us within same day of delivery via email - support@shoplance.in or WhatsApp +91-8263078606 or raise request by Clicking here.  You will get free exchange for any other product on website of same value. we will process return request only if it's notified on the same day of delivery, Once return is accepted you will be notified by email and on call then you will have to send return package to us at your own cost we will notify you the address on call and on email. Our quality team will check if returned product is in same condition as delivered like unworn, and not soiled.

In case you get damaged or different product sent to you. You need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery time then only we can process return otherwise claim will not be approved. 
For damaged or different product getting sent you all shipping cost forward and reverse will be borne by shoplance.in. 

 

Store Credit  after successful return

  Store Credit - Amount will be credited to ShopLance wallet and you can opt for any other product on the website. No deduction in shipment or transaction fees. 

 All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. 

 Refund and Cancellation

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. 
Our return policy is made keeping customers requirements in mind and hence we have easy transparent process defined for it. 
Having stated this we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions
it is necessary to replace/return the product.

1 Items which have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price
are considered non-sale (fresh) items.

2 Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered: 
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at support@shoplance.in with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 24 hours of delivery.  If you don't report damaged item within 24 hours of delivery unfortunately then we won't be able to process the replacement/refund. We need original video of unpacking item. 

3 We will try and replace the product as soon as possible

4 Clearance sale items are final and will not be exchanged.

5 Beads and Sequences coming off:
We believe that people who buy product with beads and sequences understand that it has tendency to come off. Even when we take care of good handling and shipping this is almost impossible to avoid. Most of such problems can be avoided during stitching. Tailor can hide the part which has less sequences or he can fix it all together. Before returning the product please ask your tailor if it can be adjusted. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive similar product again.

6 For Returns, we do provide reverse pickup, however if you wish to send us return please get in touch with us before sending it. Packages sent for return without approval are not considered as successful returns and will not be accepted.

A- Shipping charge in any case is non-refundable.

A- We provide only store credits for all the orders which is valid for 1 year. 


Q- Can I cancel the order after I order?

A- Yes you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. We normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

Q- Do you return and exchange the sale items?

A- We do not exchange / refund sale items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
