- Exchange request is to be raised within 2 days of delivery by submitting the form by clicking here and by no other medium, In case we receive request after 2 days we will not be able to process the request.

We have a very easy exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, you must inform us within 2 Days from the date of receiving the order. We will validate your exchange request, only after we authorized it, the product should be returned to us along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which has no expiry date or exchange the same on prior effect.

Our support team will arrange the reverse pickup from your address and once the product reach back to us we will do quality check and process exchange as per option chosen in the exchange request.
Please note: entire process takes time of 7 to 14 business days depending on speed of delivery of courier from your pin code/area to our return processing center.
Terms & Conditions:
- No refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products & accessories.
- Due to hygiene reasons no exchange possible for Blouse
- Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
- We do not accept returns for products purchased from Stock clearance Sale category.
- In case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture, we may send you another piece of the same design.
- Refund will be processed only if we cannot replace the defective item with another piece.
- Exchange shipping cost is to be borne by the ShopLance.in
- In case Reverse pickup service is not available in your pin code / area then you will have to send the product back to us, our support team will guide you for the process. Shipping cost is then reimbursed in the form of store credit only. No refund is possible.
- If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / the amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
We hope that customer who buy product with beads and sequences understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive similar product again.

- Once you place the exchange request from our return center our support team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pick up.
- Keep the product packed, and the order number handy.
- Our courier partner will provide you with the tracking number for your return order.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, after a quality check, you will be contacted by our team.
- Once we dispatch the replacement product, you will be updated with the new tracking number for your reference.
